How we work
After a quick chat on the phone to get to know you, we’d like to meet you face to face. At that meeting bring along your ideas and we’ll help you build your day. It might be bowl food, tapas or a classic three-course menu. Soon after, a detailed event plan will pop into your in-box.
And the next bit is the best – the food tasting. It’s a chance to see us in action and give you a sample of the dishes you’re considering. It’s also the perfect opportunity to discuss a few of the finer details of the day like linen, crockery, the styling you’d like, plus a chance for us to advise you on the right wine to match your food choices.
During the vital run-through at your venue we work very closely with the venue staff to fine-tune the event plan for the day – including any last-minute details. I will be there on the day to oversee the key elements while my brilliant team provide a smooth service.
