The focal point of the whole menu – we aim to keep it seasonal and fresh, and tailored to what you want. The selection of what we can do ranges from Southdown rack of lamb on wilted red chard with gratin dauphinoise, to roast sea bass, clams, chive beurre blanc and mash – and everything in between.
