After 20 years working with food in London and the Home Counties, she knows the ingredients of success: a personal approach and working closely with clients to come up with not just unique dishes, but a complete service with every detail meticulously planned.

Sally's food philosophy has always been to cook great food, simply and work closely with trusted suppliers with high quality, seasonal produce. 

All chicken & pork, sourced through Sally is British free range, beef and lamb is grass fed from Britain, New Zealand or Australia. All eggs are free range and mainly organic.

Sally is all about creating dishes that look and taste simply fabulous. 

She also ensures her team understands the food being served – how it’s cooked, where it comes from and exactly what goes into each dish. From the suppliers to the staff – everyone appreciates and supports Sally's food philosophy.
